New Alpha Flight
I'm somewhat excited, there is a new mini series featuring Canada's premiere super team.
After getting killed off panel with little ceremony (Wolverine didn't even realize who they were) I thought it would be over for the team.
Then Marvel had the bright idea of relaunching Alpha Flight as Omega Flight with 90% of the team being US citizens including the US Agent, but also replacing the Captain America of the team Guardian with an Alaskan postal worker.
Needless to say I was not pleased with the results and I think Marvel knew it. When they first announced the series, it was an ongoing. Then it dropped to mini series.
Now the team is back to the "originals" for the most part (they are missing Puck). But it at least feels a bit closer to what Alpha Flight really was.
