I spent the nite of the 30th with some friends from high school. I haven't seen Elaina in over a year, which is just about devestating! Brad and Kristi were there as well, which was super exciting considering I hadn't seen them since graduation. There were also some kids from Ball State as well. There was a lot of reminiscing and talk of future plans. It was nice to sit back, drink, and just chill with some old friends. Plus it was really nice to get out of the house for a change!

New Year's was spent with Adam (a new found friend, that does drag occasionally!) and David. There was much drinking and Adam decided to give me a make-over. This make over began with doing my make-up, then he added wigs, and I began to try on his dreses! By midnight I was in full outfit including corsets! I never had played dress up as a child, leave it for a drag queen to change that! Unfortunately we missed the ball drop for the New Year because we were all too drunk and David's clock was off by like 10 minutes. Despite that we all 3 shared a New Years kiss! Adam and I procceded to talk about musicals and singing while David took a short nap on the floor beside the table with a bucket beside his head just in case! Adam and I got a little down talking about how stupid society can be, placing so much imphasis on beauty and body type. It was a fun night, but unfortunately it ended in me getting sick.

New Year's day held a lot of laziness, we didn't even get up and around until around 5pm. I had convinced David that we should all go out and have a nice dinner. Like most hungover days, I figured food would be the thing to make me feel completely better! I was so incredibly wrong this time around though :( We got to Texas Roadhouse and I ate my meal feeling more and more nausous. The boys weren't even finished and I felt terribly sick. David stayed to pay the bill and Adam went to walk around with me ( I was hoping that would help). We got home and I immediately got violently sick.

So I've just been chilling at David's since New Year's Eve and been trying to do some job hunting. It's been extremly boring, though it is nice when David makes it home and we can spend time talking and watching movies. As excited as I am about school starting up, it's going to be rough to balance everything. With having 17 credit hours, 8 hours of meetings each week, and having a job on top of all of that. I really don't have much of a choice though, these things need to be done. Hopefully my schedule won't be that hard to adjust to. These 8am classes Monday-Thursday is going to kick my ass, no doubt!

I hate all of this time off, I have very little to do as far as preoccupying my mind. Which means it wanders a lot and I think too much about things that I know will get me depressed. Found out some really exciting news, Katie will be moving to my sister hall (Baker)instead of the other hall in Noyer. This means I can get in to see her with my card any time! Plus I'm always over there to visit with friends!
