Sex. Michel had missed that a lot since he came here. It took him a whole school year, almost, to get someone in bed? It wasn't like him, but then again, having a friend like this wasn't like him at all. He was more used to having flitty relationships with some women and being friends with others. This was a new concept to him, and it really did feel different to anything else he'd done. There was just something about her which set him on edge, made him crave her touch more than other drugs, made him feel like this was entirely different.

He woke up after her, cautiously opening his eyes to make sure she was still here or something. She was, in fact, she was still very close to him and he smiled to himself, preferring that she hadn't decided to recoil away in horror today. The breathing on his chest told him that she wasn't asleep, so he brought a hand up to run down her jaw, whispering to her, "Bon matin."

And then there was Evie, who had very rarely had the intention to get someone in bed, and never enjoyed it. He was the first one to ever make her feel this way. It was incredibly odd to her, especially since he was supposed to be her best friend and nothing more. But...it didn't really matter. She was determined to stop thinking about this and just live in the moment. It was easier said than done. Hey. At least she was trying.

The sound of his voice and the feel of his hand on her skin sent shivers down her spine. She tilted her head back to meet his eyes with hers. "Good morning," she whispered back, smiling brightly, her lips just a breath away from his.

He sincerely did hope that she felt as good about this right now as he did. Michel couldn't imagine anything better than this moment, knowing someone needed him as badly as he needed them. He hated relying on people, but it eased his concience that he was giving her something in return, something he loved doing, something he couldn't resist, it seemed.

He returned her smile, pressing his lips to hers briefly, as they were so close, he couldn't do otherwise, "You're bloody amazing, you do know that, don't you?" He didn't just mean in bed, either, but for now, that was a fair comment to make.

Of course she felt good about this. She couldn't ask for anything better than this feeling. It was scary, yes, but it was still the best she'd felt about anything, ever. She was glad he couldn't resist this, because she certainly couldn't either.

She ran her thumb idly over the skin of his chest, relaxing in his arms, and couldn't stop her grin from getting even wider at his words. "I'm very glad you think so," she said quietly. "Because you're absolutely amazing too." And just like he didn't only mean in bed, she didn't either. After all, there were so many other things about him that she liked. Though the sex? Nothing to sneeze at.
