School questions...
So I have a bit of a problem...
It is time to register for classes, and my next class that I am supposed to take, Asian cuisine, is only offered in the morning. So that class is out. My next option is classical cuisine with Chef Struwe, who is adorable btw. Problem is, I dont want to have chef struwe for that class. The other options are: Chef Rivet, who I have now for Garde Manger, but will not be teaching classical next quarter, or Chef Fournier, who is by all accounts AMAZING for this course. Unfortunately, Chef Fournier is taking the next quarter off, so he is not an option. I considered taking some of my gen ed courses and finishing them up, but the times dont work for any of the things I need. I cannot leave my job until July, because my boss ponied up a wad of cash for me to stay until then. I think my only option might be to take next quarter off. That way, I can take Chef Fournier for classical next quarter, or I can take Asian at night when it is offered again. What to do?
