So, after nearly 42 years, "All My Children" ended its run today.  I was pretty sad.  It's more than a show, you know?

Anyway, one of my ways of dealing was thinking about the next generation of characters.  They have enough kids to have a whole bunch of fresh storylines for years to come.  I only created one just to keep the Wallingford line going ( Read more... )

I have been writing a fic on another board.  It was a pairing that doesn't exist on the show.  I just decided to write it because it was soapy.  Then someone liked my fic so much they made a fanvid edited together for the couple.  I inspired a fan video!  So cool.

I will get to my comments soon.  I have to admit I didn't watch All My Children for long in the grand scheme on thing.  Tuned in during the last decade with the introduction of a gay storyline that would go on to be my favorite ship so I don't know a lot about 41 years of history.  I did about a day of research and clip getting and put this ( Read more... )
