I wouldn't be surprised if Neptune and Uranus are working as double agents right now. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't the case because they are both historically awful. They killed Pluto and Saturn. We also learned what happened to Tuxedo Mask. He was killed right after he left.
