So, I didn't really pay attention last time Kira went kitsune-crazy, but since she repeated the sentence several times here, I got the beginning and Google helped me get the rest: "Watashi wa shi no shisha da." I don't know "shisha", but that apparently means "emissary/envoy", so "I am the emissary of death."

Also, Arden Cho has Korean origins, but I think her Japanese sounds like actual Japanese. There was some horrible French from a guy in the latest Zoo. He didn't even pronouce French words with an English pronunciation (which is the most common issue), but with some sort of Spanish or Italian pronunciation (WTF?), and then the French woman (whose actress is actually French) told him his French was very good. ^^;; I died. The actress probably did a little as well.

I actually took 5 years of Spanish and my friend asked me to read a French sentence just as an experiment. She said I read French with a Spanish accent. Just the fact that it was a foreign language must have made my mind do things.
I have watched German and Japanese shows where the characters were supposed to be speaking English and were just terrible. In fact, I think one show didn't expect to be shown in America or England and just spoke in gibberish with subtitles. The German wasn't too bad among all actors but unfortunately was worst with the character that was supposedly from England. Haha.

just spoke in gibberish with subtitles
lol Thankfully I've never had that with any of the languages I speak.
