TV on 1-11-10
So, I watch a lot of television. Like a lot. Name a show and I've probably seen it. So, I decided to right down my thoughts to see if anyone has similar thoughts.
First of all "Popular" was awesome! As was Buffy and about 100 other shows.
Castle 2x12
Alyssa Milano is still as gorgeous as ever, but I was left feeling a little not that into her storyline and totally into the promos for next week. It was nice that Castle actually dated a totally normal girl, but her hubby slept with someone before they met and she made out with Castle and things were apparently all good at the end and her fiance was a nice guy. Maybe nicer than her, but she was adorable and it was nice that Beckett and Castle got to acknowledge his emotional compromise and there were some funny moments like seeing them duck tape Castle and him escaping from it.
Chuck 3x03
I like everyone getting to be their best and seeing everyone being themselves and in their element. I was loving Captain Awesome this episode and worried how comfortable Ellie was at a dictator's party. They were still awesome together and I was happy that Awesome didn't die because I was totally scared he did the way the episode ended. It was also great seeing Casey save the dictator almost against his will.
How I Met Your Mother 5x12
It was the 100th episode and it got some of the things we know and love and have since the beginning. It had Marshall and Lily being completely together and about each other and Robin thinking (quite accurately she was the hotness). It had Ted being idiot romantic guy and pursuing her and it not working out. We had clues to the mother! Including old things we already knew like he wanted her to play the bass. It had some random and awesome guest stars Rachel Bilson and Tim Gunn. I was ashamed of Barney for crying on Tim's suit. Haha. It had Barney and his suits and what he'll risk to get a girl and the truth is that is a lot less than Ted. I wonder if the bartender will be back later. Also sad that he doesn't consider Wendy a hot bartender. Though I guess she is Wendy the waitress and that does not count...
