-In some heartwarming news, some window washers at a children’s hospital dressed up as Captain America and Spiderman to give some joy to the kids.
-Alex Kingston (Doctor Who) is playing Dinah Lance on “Arrow.”
-James Brolin is going to guest star on “Castle” as Castle’s father.
-“The Wedding Band” is cancelled.
-Marcia Gay Harden will appear on “The Newsroom.”
-“True Blood” has added Jurnee Smollett (Friday Night Lights) and Amelia Rose Blaire.
“Parenthood” 4x15
The show had a really good season finale. The scary part is that it works as an amazing series finale. I do hope the show gets renewed.

Jess now has an annoyance jar to go with Schmidt’s douche jar. I didn’t like the over the top thing where Jess was stalking one of her student’s with Nick. Everyone revealed their pet peeves about each other.

Jimmy married Frank. Frank finally liked Sabrina after she tried to kill him. Maw Maw got a lap dance from a pizza guy.

Reagan’s brother from “Up All Night” was on as Kate’s new love interest. BJ rejected a job to protect Kate’s daughter’s feelings. Ben developed his business a little more.
“The Mindy Project” 1x12
“Pre-Dawn of time.”
I love Mindy leaving a video message in case she gets murdered on a one night stand with someone she knows. Mindy is dating one of the guys who stole a patient from her, Brendan. Danny is dating a younger woman.
“Emily Owens M.D.” 1x11
I like Tyra grabbing two glasses of champagne and then realizing no one else did and putting one back. Doesn’t sound funny written down but it was a funny beat. Emily is going to be Bandari’s research assistant. Bandari is considering an affair. Micah might put the moves on Emily.
“Pretty Little Liars” 3x16
I feel like Aria was stupid the whole episode, including burning those pages. Spencer found out Toby was a part of the A Team. Emily went on a spy trip for Hanna. Paige and Caleb are teaming up. This episode had some huge moments but also had the characters being dumb.
“Cougar Town” 4x03
Bobby changed his name to Ron Mexico temporarily. I liked it. Everyone in the group has a super power. Jules changed her name to Jules Ellis for her husband.
“Go On” 1x14
Piper Perabo was on as Simone. Ryan had sex with Simone. Mr. K made friends with Ryan’s boss.
“New Normal” 1x14
Mateo from “AMC” was on this as a gay guy. Also, John Stamos appeared as a love interest for Jane. David learned to be brave instead of judging.

I love Elizabeth saving the sting. Peter cooks. Neal has to send his father away.
