My mom just sent me an email about how HIV positive folks in FL are infecting others by putting needles on gas pumps.
Sigh. Between this and my talk w/ her on Saturday, I am mentally banging my head against a wall, very slowly and methodically.
If my sisters and I didn’t look so much alike, I would swear sometimes we were adopted.
In good news, Neil got a t-shirt from Adam Brodsky yesterday that says Jews Kick Ass and features a bunch of prominent Jews. (The only ones I remember off-hand are Jesus, Einstein and Bob Dylan.) I can only assume the Jewesses Kick It Hard version will be out soon.) Anyway, it’s very big, so it looks like he’s a walking billboard for the Anti-Defamation League.
Things to give you faith in mankind - last night our new cleaning guy brought over a $50 bill he had just found. He said, “It wasn’t there earlier, so it must belong to the woman who just left.” I asked her this morning if she’d lost any money yesterday and “Yes! $50!” I sure hope she rewards him - I bet $50 would mean a lot to a guy who empties trash cans, and I have to wonder if I’d actually be as kind-hearted if I found money in a hallway.
