Bumping Noses
There were many entries into his memories that he looked back on fondly, his first ride on the Hogwarts Express, becoming a Gryffindor, and all those House Points at the end of his first year. Some weren't so great, letting Sirius Black into the Gryffindor Common Room stood out as one of his less than shining moments.
This would be one of those fond memories, something that when he looked back in the years to come he'd look back on happily. His first kiss.
A momentous occasion in anyones life. He had often wondered in the middle of his awkward years if he'd ever experience it. Here it was.
He'd closed his eyes as she leaned in and pressed their lips together, their noses bumping as they found the right position. It was quick, and very chaste. Just a light pressing of their lips. When he opened his eyes, all he could see was her large eyes enlarged even more behind her Spectrespecs. She smiled slightly at him, and returned to her magazine.
It was perfect, it fitted them. It wasn't too much, it wasn't over done, it was all he wanted for his first. Anymore and it wouldn't have been right. Her with her funny glasses, and him with Trevor on his lap, it just fitted.
