Вчера была на вебинаре по границам у govori-slushai
Главная идея для меня, что если я думаю, что какой-то факт делаем меня некомпетентным в какой-то моей важной роли, то я буду сражаться за этот факт до потери пульса, не потому, что мне так хочется в зоопарк, а потому что я хоу быть хорошей мамой в воскресенье утра.
А можно просто признать, что я не хочу идти в зоопарк в это воскресенье, и это никак не относится к моей роли мамы, это относится лишь к моей роли "посетитель зоопарка в это воскресенье".
