This has gone on for quite some time. It is the product of a conflict between his sense of duty to keep others alive and his own lack of a will to stay alive himself. It is no longer simply unattractive and inconvenient but actually dangerous. When one cannot get through the day without fainting from weakness and hitting their head on something, the problem can no longer be ignored.
The lack of concern that others have shown is astonishing. Perhaps I am simply asking for advice the wrong way, because I haven't gotten anything useful. I cannot afford to be patient or experimental. I need something that works right now. With every day that passes it will be harder to get him back to where he was, if that's even possible anymore
