Future Legal Drug?

I know that there has been a lot of discussion on whether or not Legal Drug (or whatever you want to refer to it as) will be continuing and/or when it will, and I think that this should help clear some things up. I actually ran across this as a link from one of my mailing lists but it is actually a LJ post.
