Given to the commotion of this 'prom' and the misconceptions I had been given, I wish to clarify certain things about it. Firstly, what is the purpose of it, the traditional means of dress and the necessary requirements needed to be present to such an event? Along that note, is a guest or some sort of company really needed to be with you for this event as well? A... 'date' as others seem to put it, in other words.
And secondly, out of personal curiosity and off topic, what does magic mean to you in your world? Does it play a significant role, a moderate use in daily life or merely a taboo topic? If it's the former two and you happen to have knowledge to use them as well as being willing to teach how to use them, do feel free to leave a name and location that we may meet with one another soon.

[And soon a certain magician will be on his way browsing down through the town trying to find a tailor shop. Just something that would be both acceptable to him and be close enough to his magician's robes back home that he wore. Of course, naturally this means he's going to the formal dress shop with the women's clothes first than anything. Some help would actually be appreciated to set him straight.] Hrm.
