Plot Time
Hey y'all. As you can probably guess, the Joker is an extremely plot-driven character, and he's not likely to be randomly tagging around much. As such, if you want something with him or have an idea as to how you'd like to get a bit of CR for him, post that here! I definitely don't mind Joker acting as a handy villain for someone, that's kind of what I brought him in for in the first place!
