I saw Pacific Rim tonight!
and I loved it! it's a perfect summer movie (with Idris Elba [omg, UNF!!!] and other beautiful people), and it gave me many feels ♥
I heard it's not doing too great at the box office, which is a shame. When I went to see it with my husband and one of my boys (N doesn't come to the movies often), there were only 6 other people with us in the whole room. :(
I'm toying with the idea of maybe changing the focus of my marvel_bang I haven't started writing yet. (WILL I EVER LEARN?). I was planning on a medieval-sort-of-GoT-fusion-AU Super Husbands story and now I'm thinking I could do a Pacific Rim fusion instead. maybe.
But see, my problem is that I went to see the movie in French *GrumblesAtNonBilingualHusband* and there are lots of expressions/terms/stuff that were obviously translated and that I could get wrong. SO what I'm saying is that if ever one of you could have a link for a nice copy, I'd be forever grateful? Or a transcript, or anything (but a copy would be really great because I need to see it again). PM me if leaving a comment is problematic (though this entry is flocked). Thank you!
In other news 1) I wish I could magically experience all of the awesome of Comic Con in person [without, you know, spending all of the money, time in lines, not being able to be everywhere at once and all other inconveniences], 2) the weekends go too fast and 3) I am not ready for TW 3.08...
