STP and vacations plans :)
hi! Yesterday night, I went with my husband (and probably 70 000 other persons) on the Plains here to see an outdoor show of Stone Temple Pilots. I am not a die hard fan, but hey, I had not gone to see the Festival d'Été yet, and my parents could babysit, why not! It was not bad, even if Scott Weiland was pretty much trashed/high, they did a lot of their success... This year I meant to go see Linkin Park on Sunday night, but we are leaving tomorrow morning, so that's sadly a no go.
We're packing the kids and driving about 8:45 hours East into New Brunswick, where we rented a little house for a week near Shediac. It looks awesome, and there is a beach there that is supposed to have relatively hot water (I have my doubts! lol!). While we're there we might take that big ass bridge and go see Prince Edwards Island too. I've never went in the Maritimes before, so I am pretty excited :)
I am bringing the laptop but I am 95% sure I won't have Internet access... EEEP! it sucks because there is so much stuff going on right now with the Luau at
lostsquee. I am already behind on reading, although I didn't do so bad on the writing up to now. Of course I will now fall tragically behind so I really hope everyone does round up posts of their gifts where I'll try to go and read. I'll probably do my best for today's Queen later this afternoon though!
As if I don't have enough to do with the packing, laundry and updating my iPod and all of that, I am invited to a lunch at the restaurant with the boys. gotta go!
