Well, Mom came back from the Philippines. It wasn't that thrilling. It wasn't that big of a deal when she was gone.
So tonight I had big plans to cook her dinner and then we would all sit down as a family and have a good time and it was going to be my way of saying welcome back. So all afternoon I spent cooking dinner and making sure that everything was awesome. Then I find out that instead of staying home and eating dinner with the rest of the family, she was going to go out with a friend to see a movie. I thought about inviting a friend over to have dinner but my dad said that it would be too late notice.
That was my night. And then I saw Finding Neverland. Quite good.
