Dera, Dera. . . S-See, Joshua liked Dera when he met him! He was easy enough to poke with great success, and was almost adorably dedicated to Tsuna which pinged Joshua in his right-hand man position. However, he figured out very quickly that Dera was not someone who would be as fun to play with as he thought. Joshua is driven primarily by the need to have fun, mostly at the expense of others, in camp. So, Dera was now a nuisance. Then Dera thought he was capable of challenging Joshua. Joshua recognizes when someone is stronger than him and bows out of the fight. Dera had seen what he'd done to Yamamoto in play, yet he was still ready to face Joshua. So, Dera becomes an idiotic nuisance. The last strike was Dera essentially ignoring the fact that Joshua was in the one in power and in control. Joshua usually has the upperhand in every situation and while he knows he has it, it annoys him to no end that Dera won't acknowledge that fact. Joshua is also a spoiled rotten brat who just isn't used to being denied what he wants.
As little credit as Joshua gives Dera, he did not want Dera unchecked in camp. While Joshua doesn't consider him a threat, he still doesn't want to give him the chance to become one nor does he want to find his shack blown up someday or anything else like that. It's why Joshua is especially careful with Tsuna and truly wanted to cut an honest deal with him. As it is, Joshua knows Dera's bound by the deal now so he's free to do as he pleases without worrying. Joshua fully intends to hold it up, but not without baiting Dera as he can which is why Tsuna is more than welcome to coffee and tiramisu at his place anytime. ♥ Oddly enough, Joshua doesn't hold the mafia on a whole in much regard considering how it's run, but he does have some begrudging respect for Dera as one of its competent members.
Kizna likes Yayoi! She thinks she's too down on herself, but Kizna can tell she has a really strong spirit in her. So, Kizna doesn't think she needs too much prodding to have a little more faith in herself, not that Kizna wouldn't do it anyway. She'd definitely like to hang out with her for any old reason.
