Weekend Update - a little disjointed.
Aidan slept a lot Saturday evening, which gave Chris and I some time alone together (kinda). It was really very nice. With the recovery going better than we thought, he may be back in his own bed soon, which will be sad and good at the same time. The rest of the weekend was really slow and laid back, most of it at home, with the exception of dinner at my in-laws. Oh, and the RS president called our house to check on me, which was nice.
Our friend's baby with cancer isn't doing well. They are trying one last round of mild chemo, and if it doesn't do anything, they've decided to not put her through anymore. If you think about it, please pray for them. It's just pretty devastating.
That's about all for today. This week, I'm hoping to start catching the apartment cleaning up, and do our first solo outing to the library tomorrow or Thursday. Wednesday, mom and I are going to check out some consignment shops for strollers. I can't buy until at least after Thursday, but a new kiddie consignment shop opened near us last week, and I'm excited to see it. It's huge.
