1. Plan my time better
I have found that if I don't plan my days down to the last detail then I can't get everything done and it's real easy for me to blow stuff off that I need to get done.
2. Stick to my goals and my guns
I need to get off my ass and get to work on the things I say I'm going to do and stop committing to things I can't do. Refer back to Resolution 1. I also need to say what I think. I used to pride myself on it but I have become to concerned with what others may think or how my words might make people feel.
3. Be a better friend to people
I have allowed myself to become disillusioned with my friends because of some of the choices they make and some of the things they say and do. I have sorta become recluse and that is not good for me. I have stopped hanging out with friends and such. Some of it is due to frustration with people but that is more of just an excuse. I have to remember that I need to make the effort and not worry about the other what they do. Mantra: Karma, Karma, Karma, Karma!!!!!!!
4. Work Out
Yeah Yeah I know everyone says it but I plan on sticking to a regular diet. Not a fad one but just eating more healthy and eating out less. I also plan to stop killing myself in the gym and try to work on my body and mindset gradually instead of trying to complete a health and body change in a month. I get there when I get there I just need to worry about working out today.
5. Getting to work earlier
This will help with all the above so that I have enough time in the day to do the things that need to be done.
Earlier I get in the earlier I get off work. More time for me to relax and enjoy my life.
6. Getting a regular amount of sleep
This will be hard since I seem to be an insomniac and it's very difficult to get my mind to turn off long enough to recharge. Perhaps I will try the technique of thinking of my body recharging when I lay down. New latest bedtime is now 11 PM.
