The College Hunt
Well we are full steam into the college hunt for Valerie. She really wants to go to SF State but with all the budget cuts it may not be feasible to attend. We are trying a few private but pricey universities but the financial aide packages will have to be good for those to happen. It seems as if all the public universities in California are going through these cuts and most students are not expected to graduate in 4 years since you may not be able to get all your classes.
Life was so much simpler in the 80s when I attended college and most of my friends graduated in 4 years unless they changed majors.
Hope everyone on my flist is doing well. Can't believe it is almost October and Halloween is only a little over a month away. Wow.
