I keep receiving reminders for my car service with the wrong name on it. Yeah its not a big issue, just frustrating.
Recently I've been reading
http://www.bunny-fu.com/ and it appears to have rubbed off on me:
Dear Southside Nissan,
I keep receiving reminders from you about my service for REGO which is fantastic and helpful however you keep messing up the contact name on the letter.
You could imagine that I'm a little bit upset by now as this is not the first time that this has been messed up and it is not the first time that I've contacted Westside Nissan about fixing up this information; to then be reassured by the person I was speaking to that it was all sorted and WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.
But, to my dismay I received a letter dated 4th October 2011 where Eastside Nissan have kindly reminded me about the need to service my vehicle, only to have the name messed up yet again.
Now the name on the letter is C... H... and you may be wondering why this is such a big deal. You see, H... is my married name and I'm divorced. C is my new fiances name and well can you imagine the insult at being referred to by the surname of your fiances ex? Some men get rather sensitive about issues like this.
It's a bit like how I've been insulting the Northside Nissan brand by referring to it as south/east/west etc. It may just be a name but a heck of a lot gets invested into that name of which people associate good or bad opinions of.
Seriously, find out what generates the information you print on the AHG Protected Warranty Service Reminder letters and fix it because I am really tired of trying to get this sorted out.
Regards
Me
EDIT: In less than 10 mins of sending the email, I received a phone call about it. Now if they can only fix this problem as fast.
