Nostalothic
Yesterday was rather nice.
I spent the day with John, clomping around the city from alt clothes shop to alt clothes shop--art gallery to art gallery! Finally I got to visit Victorian Gothic. That place rocks! It's like entering my dream wardrobe! The only problem is there is just too much there that I want to try on and not enough time to do so. Poor John had finished looking around the shop a good half hour before I attempted to try on corset number 106...well no not really! I think we may end up going back sometime in the next couple of weeks though. I would love to buy a pretty bone-crushing corset for the Dresden Dolls concert! *sqeaks with glee* Hmmm "pretty" and "bone-crushing" in the same sentence--a litle odd!
I spent the night on the couch with the girls as we watched 3 hours of Schoolies footage! Such a laugh but more than anything it made me realise how much I miss being able to spend heaps and heaps of time with them. Everyone is just so busy doing their own thing these days that we're only really ever granted about 2 hours a week to catch up. The fact that we have to "catch up" at all just shows how much our lifestyles have changed. It also made me miss Hannah. I should really email that girl again.
