Ara this friday
Just to clear up a few questions about Ara.
The Belfrey will be open. Until 11pm it will be a quiet space for people to go in and chat, with just some background music. No DJ as such. We needed to open up a quiet space as people were crowding around the entrance too much causing problems with people getting in and out of the place, which needs to be kept clear.
11pm to 1am I'll be doing a DJ set. It'll be all EBM, Industrial etc. The other genres that are played at ara (metal, 80's etc) will be confined to the main room.
This will be a monthly thing for the next few months to see how it works.
It also means that I need to get a lot more CD's bought. I'm looking for recommendations for bands to invest in!
