Whatcha doin' next Saturday night?
My belly dance troupe, Blue Cat Tribe (http://www.myspace.com/bluecattribechicago), and our sister troupe Read My Hips (http://www.myspace.com/readmyhips) will be performing on Saturday, May 2 at the UIC Pavilion just prior to Bout 5 of the Windy City Rollers (http://www.windycityrollers.com/). This will NOT be a very traditional "belly dance" performance at all....it is very much geared for the crowd and the ladies on skates! But I do promise we will give a performance worth seeing....and of course there is also the roller derby!
Doors open at 5pm, we perform at 5:45pm and the girls start playing at 6pm. So…GET THERE EARLY!!!!! General admission is only $20!!
