I don't hate gays; I feel bad for them when people treat them harshly. I just think homosexuality is a corruption of God's will for sexuality. (Yes, I'm a Christian. No, I'm not going to summarize the Bible for you--unless you ask. LOL.)
So, basically, I can't applaud the gay lifestyle, but I can and want to maintain friendships with people who feel differently than I do.

Why do you think I would disapprove of Moon Child? That movie's not gay. Gackt's character gets married, and he has a darling little girl that made him proud as punch and long to talk about her to his best buddy in the whole wide world that he used to live and wear super tight clothes with and . . . O.O Okay, maybe you do have a point . . . LOL.
lol--it's debateable, I guess, but I was picking up a very strong Louis/Lestat vibe from those two. Which I imagine is deliberate, given most of the fangirls and the stuff they put into fanfiction, but I reckon one would have to ask Gackt to be sure since he wrote the screenplay. I just reviewed it here along with a couple other things for this vampire movie marathon I'm doing, if you want to clog the inbox of the community instead. ;)
My library doesn't even have it. :( I had to find a playlist on YouTube, which I don't normally do, but I was coming up empty with my other options. But if you don't mind doing that, it'd be awesome.
You're right, they are similar to Louis/Lestat. (I about died laughing while reading Anne Rice's book, as research for vampire lore in the vampire-slaying novel that I'm writing, when I cam across the part with Louis basically telling Claudia, "Hi, I'm your dad, and this is your other dad!")
