...I suspect part of the reason I got suckered into this Yo crap is that Volks' Yo outfits are crazily adorable .__. I'm rather amused by the -_-ish bear on her bib. XD
Meet... Momiji. :D Yes, I think I've improved from the last time. I was looking through a name database and this one just clicked. XD Plus, I love red maple leaves? ._. Names! Bane of my life!!11 ...along with hotglue. *spits*
I won her through the VolksUSA lottery nearly two months ago ._. Before all that Dolpa madness, yes. She's supposed to be my first and only Yo-SD but she got here so late. =_= I would have liked to receive her yesterday, considering it's May 21... but even after a lot of drama with the post office, they just..refused to release her to me because they claimed they hadn't sorted out their big mountain of parcels? ORLY. Even when I offered to make the trip down to collect her personally. (FYI, the parcel reached Singapore on Friday night / early Saturday morning, so... inefficiency much? ...)
Her default eyes scare me though ._. They're acrylic and an electric blue DX But I don't feel up to battling it out with the hotglue yet... (especially after an eyelash mishap with Tsurugi ._.) Plus, the other day, I was struggling to remove Chietsu's (yes, she has a name! :D ...that's Lin, btw. Ahem.) default eyes... only to find that 16mm eyes are too big for her? ;_; (And yes, I don't have anything smaller than 16mm.)
But I think I really need to change Momiji's out. Like, asap .___.|||
And. So. I really don't know how I ended up with two Yos all of a sudden, OMG. DX Invasion of the yo's, indeed!
Chietsu (千悦) and Momiji (紅葉). Hee. Names! I feel so relieved now. XD;;
