47 Days of Chuck and Blair
Day One: The moment that made you a Chair shipper. - 1.07 Victor, Victrola
I started watching GG three years ago. I watched this episode the second day after I started the series, and I remember before this the only couple I really shipped on the show was Darena, because I liked Blair and I liked Chuck but I wasn’t expecting their hook up. When it happened I really enjoyed it because I was caught by their on screen chemistry and nice exchange of lines and the way they worked so perfectly together but that at that time their relationship had to be kept secret. This scene at the end of 1.07 is really unforgettable. Not only because it’s their first kiss and first time, but because you can see how much Chuck was himself around Blair and how much he already cared because he knew how a big deal was for her the first time. The ‘are you sure’ is also a sign. He would’ve never asked this question to a random girl.
Day Two: Your favorite Chuck quote

This is my favorite Chuck quote ever. He practically declares his love for Blair without actually saying I love you. He watches her during the whole speech as to let her know that he believes in what he’s saying and that is for her. He wanted her and he wouldn’t give up on her even if she wanted him to. This quote is really actual nowadays too, with this fourth season. I believe this is another subtle wedding hint, but at that time I wouldn’t guess it like crystal now. I don’t believe Chuck would ever give up on Blair. He made mistakes but it’s not that things can’t be fixed. He may give up sometimes, but then he always finds the strength to fight for her.

Day Four: Your favorite Chair quote.

He meant it and both believed it. I did too because what he said is true. No bumps in the road will stop Chuck and Blair from getting back together once they’ve solved their personal issues because they love each other still. No one can deny it. It’s a strong love and they can’t help but coming back into each other’s arms. I believe in the happy ending for them and CB so smell of endgame. Too much I do’s in this ep. :P

Day Eight: Favorite Chair episode.
1.08 Seventeen Candles
There are so many Chair episodes that I like, but I just couldn’t chose so I decided to go with this for a reason in particular. This is the episode from where I started shipping them. Yeah, I really liked the limosex moment in 1.07 and it will always be one of my favorites ever of them, but this is the first moment that really got me into follow this couple. This is the moment of facing your feelings. Chuck hadn’t clearly been in love before and after he and Blair had sex things changed. You could see he wanted to be with her because he enjoyed her company and liked her and he didn’t know why. He didn’t go to her 17th birthday to bother her and didn’t buy her a 36,000$ necklace just to bribe her into having sex with him. He fell in love. He fell in love for the first time. The declaration of love is evident and I like how he doesn’t mention the word love but like. Of course it wasn’t already the strong and consuming love that is now, but he was obviously dazzled by her like he had never been with anybody else he met in his life. Till his lips crashed Blair’s it was like Chuck Bass was just a heartless womanizer. It’s so IC that Blair wanted those butterflies in his stomach to die. She couldn’t believe the guy would’ve fell for someone, for her above all people. The way he was almost ashamed of himself to have fallen for someone was evident. He couldn’t believe it either. It was something new for sure and it was for us the beginning of a great love story that we’ve been watching for four years so far.
