I want to thank you for letting me know how important I am to you. I may be in a really tough situation right now, but that does not mean I am not willing to spend the time and energy in what I need to do in order to succeed. Thank you for telling me to call you when I have the time and energy to build fast. If you are not willing to, as a mentor and leader, not to work with those of us who are willing to just work with what time we do have, then you've told me I am not important to you. If I need to, I will do this on my own, and reach out to those who are honest in their offer for help.
You've only reaffirmed the conclusion I had come up with over the past few months with your behavior and choice. I can understand wanting to succeed. But it isn't about you, remember? It's about helping others succeed. Do you remember the training lat night? Stick with them...
I'm whining. I'm venting. It doesn't matter. I will do this without you. I know of others who are willing to help me because they know I want to succeed despite the obstacles I have.
Again, Thank you.
