So I decided not to go to Zumba class tonight for a few reasons.
1. I threw up yesterday and felt nauseous the whole day so I was worried that today with all the jumping and whatnot, it might be bad
2. I was coughing all morning and am full of fleghm again
3. I'm feeling really tired lately, and no matter how much I sleep, I'm still tired
So I thought I'd give it a miss this week and go next week.
I spent the whole afternoon feeling guilty, then when 5:30 came, the time I'd leave I felt soooo guilty. And I kept feeling guilty. To alleviate the guilt I looked up and downloaded new Tiffany Rothe workouts to do during the week when I have like 30 mins to spare....and found the awesome zumba video with a really cute instructor and I sat there watching it eating a bowl of pasta LOL
And I still felt guilty and sort of...let down? Not like disappointed in myself or anything, just... not right. So I got changed and decided to download and do the zumba class.
As soon as I began, I felt happier. By the end of the workout I felt accomplished and I loved doing it alone..... but I missed my class and my instructor so I will continue to go.
I just can't believe that after 2 sessions, skipping one made me feel so guilty and...unright XD I just feel so accomplished when finishing a workout....this is good, cos to get that feeling of accomplishment, I'll continue with the zumba exercise, and perhaps add in another day where I do this downloaded workout, the Tiffany Rothe ones and perhaps a few new ones....yay!
