Inching my way to Chile...
Wow, I leave for Chile on Friday, I can't believe it just creeped up and here I am, packing.
It will be good to take a break from writing for the paper and my schoolwork, the only thing I am worried about is trade, there are so many boxes of books coming in and my hours have been so limited lately, I am worried its falling behind because I'm not a full timer.
Otherwise, my teachers have been wonderful at letting me miss class and more importantly, I am actually not so stressed out about all the work I have to do, which is quite a change from my normal self. I'm bringing some work with me so I can study on the plane ride which is a good 12-13 hour flight. I've pretty much overcome my fear of flying although I still have a slight nervousness when I get on but once I'm settled, I'm good. No more hysterics and panic attacks for me. I can't sleep on flights though so this will give me a good chance to study and get some work done.
