I really like these verses right now... It's a crappy ass translation, but there are a couple of phrases that are just more striking in Chinese. Like "without knowing any boundaries" is actually literally "without knowing the height of the sky or the depth of the earth." Usually, it's a phrase used to describe an extreme sort of recklessness, so not really something positive, but in this context, it's really kind of touching.
And also, I honestly have no idea how to translate the title. I mean. There are too many meanings to it. x.x Roughly, it's "undying life," which should probably be translated as "eternal life," but they're not quite the same thing. >.<

Hilton Head was really nice! The beach wasn't that great, 'cause it's not really made for that sort of thing like, say, Destin. BUT. We went crabbing! Which was really fun. Apparently, crabs really like chicken. o.O Including blue crabs, which were what we were trying to catch, and hermit crabs, which ended up in our nets for the chicken.
Either way, we caught a lot of them, and they were really good! I'm allergic, so I just had a claw, but this is a good season for crabs, apparently.
AND. AND. DOLPHINS. Pods and pods and pods of them. And that's not even including the males. THERE WERE SO MANY. It was amazing. Some of them swam really close to shore, too. One of them jumped out about twenty feet in front of me while I was standing in the water. SO AWESOME.
Which reminds me! I have a lot of dolphin footage. There's one clip that's particularly good. I'll link them later after I upload them.
Fireworks were fun. XD It was kind of funny, though, 'cause everyone else is like, "Yay, America!" And I'm like, "Ow, my neck hurts from holding the camera at this angle, but yay, Jin and yay, Massu!! Happy birthday!"
SPEAKING OF WHICH. Spoiled kids really annoy me. A lot. Almost as much as being talked at before I'm really awake. We had some family friends over to visit, and generally speaking, I like them. They're cool people. But their kids. I cannot stand their kids. But both of them are around my sister's age, so it's not like I can really say anything. -_-;; Seriously, almost every time these two come over, they make my sister cry at some point. I mean, yes, my sister's a bit of a princess sometimes (a lot of the time), and she can be overly sensitive and moody, but even so. [growls like the guard dog she is] As an older sister, it's hard to watch, but what do you say? They're just both incredibly aggressive and largely inconsiderate because, hey, they don't know better. And I can understand that. But their parents also let them get away with murder, and seeing them really kind of pisses me.
BAH.
Anyway. Work tomorrow. Hopefully, they'll be nice and not write me up for not having black shoes yet... -_-;;; This dress code crack down is seriously retarded. Is anyone really going to care that my shoes are grey? Yeah, I didn't think so, either.
