My dad said that I could have my hair black if I get it cut short. It's such a hard decision to make. I mean, I love my long hair but I want it black so bad and he refused blue ::pouts on that thought:: so any ideas what I should do?? I mean black hair goes better with white and black make up better than dirty blonde
