oh what joy!
So I went outside to get into my car and go to work today. What do I see but my drivers side door open and my glove box open as well. My registration, insurance, tapes, all thrown about the car and 21 CDs along with my CD player....GONE. I've been robbed, and it doesn't feel good. In fact it pisses me off. I called work to say I was going to be late at the least, and called my mom to ask what I should do...yes, ok so I call 911 and sound really stupid to the operator when I'm not sure how much the stolen goods were worth and if it appeared they had tried to steal my car. I hadn't had time to think about how much 15 cds (my first estimate, until i went through my CD collection to figure out what was missing) cost. So now here I sit, waiting for the police to call when I should be at work making money. So now I'm out 500 bucks and a few hours wages. Theives suck. I hope they have fun with my worship music. I'm most mad because they stole my favorite Cd's - evanessence, BOTH good charlottes and BOTH MxPx's AND VAST, which really set me over the edge, and my worship cd's which were parts of two cd sets which means to replace them I have to pay twice as much. I finally let out my angry tears and prayed for God to speak to their hearts and tell them what they did was wrong, that maybe they would see my christian music, and stuff and remember the God they sinned against. My dad said we could report the losses to homeowners insurace, so maybe I'll get some money to replace some stuff, but still...ARG!
