New shoes that seem to fit - footwear shopping is always horrible for me. Narrow, unpadded feet, sliding through most footwear or huge gappy gaps that won't do my feet or posture any good.
This happens a lot. Boots from the market, that seemed to fit, wore out too soon, and buggered my foot up on JMO, because Iwas probably walking on side of foot and not knowing. The other market pair are more for not so long evening, and the wonderful army boots cast offs, I got, are a size too big, smashed my foot as I walked, and now below the bit toe is not happy and worrrying me, sigh..podiatrist walk in time. Pisces do have foot problems.
So when I find something, I am careful, and oh fingers crossed I wasn't wrong on these, and yes I did walk round the shop,a s we always did when kids, remember the foot x-ray machines, and that foot measure thing, with tape and slider...yes I'm 80's!! No idea if they still have those. Many thanks to a friend who reminded me that Clarks were good, honest! :)
However over the years I developed a stealthy eye, and recalled inner soles too. And I found these, so I bought a black pair for daily wear and I fell in love with the blue patent ones, so I bought those for best. And they bounce:
