Hi.
So.
I'm not quite sure if anyone ever reads this (which is good for this post).
I was looking at before and during pictures of people who are on work-out schedules on Tumblr.
And I was like... Hey I can do that. I want to do that.
So.. today I downloaded
this video on my iTunes.
Let me tell you. It kicked my ass.
Basically I was like.. okay I'll give it a shot. I have 30 minutes to spare before I have to take my shower.
I started out working in my PJs and ended up in my underwear.
And I only made it the first 20 minutes on level 1.
It's supposed to be hard because if you do the video everyday, you can lose 20 pounds in 30 days.
I'm going to do this, Livejournal.
I know I have a short attention span. And I am unmotivated most of the time.
But I'm going to see this through.
And then I will get to post MY before/during pictures on here. :)
Anyways. That's all.
