4 pounds down in 5 days :D Also, macaroon recipe

Today, I am down to 234.6 down from 238.6. Four pounds in 5 days!

I am so fucking happy :D

I have had a headache, and I realized it was sugar withdrawl. Every morning, I would start with a soy lattee, and would have a headache at lunch. Soy has sugar in it.

And I have had still had too much rice in my diet. However, I had limited my sugar outside of the soy milk, and cut my carbs down a lot.

am making some paleo macaroons. will make sure to have them sparingly.
these are them. Don't know how they'll turn out. apparently they're best when frozen, not so good at room temperature :P

Crazy Freaking Good Macaroons
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp cocoa (heaped if you want them chocolaty)
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut

Place the coconut oil, honey and cocoa in a medium saucepan and heat to a boil. Let mixture boil for a minute, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Remove from heat.

Stir in the almond butter and vanilla until fully mixed. Stir in the coconut.

Use a spoon to drop the macaroons on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place them in the freezer until they are hard (10 to 15 minutes). These macaroons are gooey at room temperature. We like them best served frozen
