NYC plans
Check me out.... I'm making PLANS. >XP Which is, like, half of which this journal has turned into but that is beside the point. This weekend Hope, Dan, and I are cruising up to NYC, land of awesome along with a Starbucks that is apparently the nexus of the known universe. We'll be getting in around 8:30/9:00 Friday night and leaving probably around 8:00/9:00 on Saturday. ATM my current plans involve fabric shopping in the morning with Maggie/Daisy and Nella then grabbing lunch with some or all of the above before heading to Mocca with Dan and Hope, followed up by visiting Ali and friends, depending on her plans or how long she's at her booth for. Wooooooo. XP Not too sure what we're doing on Friday (probably just putzing around), but yeah. I've mentioned plan-ness off-hand to various New York folk, but how's that sound? Anywhere in particular we want to meet/anything we want to do? Also also, Ali, I am probably going to plague you for fabric/leather store names or general locations so that I can make myself a little map and not get hideously lost. >XP
ALSO, I AM WATCHING DOCTOR WHO. IT IS SO AWESOME. LIKE. HOW AWESOME IS IT? THIS AWESOME. AS IN THE DOCTOR VS SATAN AS HE MAKES FACES AND GOES "NEENER NEENER" SORT OF AWESOME. WHY HAVE I NOT WATCHED THIS BEFORE. WHY. WHY. IT IS A FUCKING TRAVESTY. LOOK, HERE'S THE DOCTOR WITH A KITTEN ON HIS SHOULDER WITH A FACE AS THOUGH TO SAY "OMFG WHY ARE THESE KITTENS SO ADORABLE? IT IS A COSMIC MYSTERY." I now have this innane desire to cosplay Sarah Jane with Dan as the fourth doctor. With K9 and Dan in this eternally recockulous hat. I think he would look very good in it, Y/Y? Time Lords are clearly too busy saving the universe to have a sense of fashion.
