If I may be so bold as to make this request, could I be given authority to fill in for Touma's duties as Unit 4 Captain for the duration of this... current affliction that's hitting everyone?
I do believe his train of thought currently leads itself a bit... astray from its duties.
As well, after seeing what happened with Jenrya, the Waspmon, and Major Armstrong, perhaps its best to ... suspend certain regular training activities in general until things can be sorted out?
