A Day At The Races
My parents are friggin awesome! my dad used to drag race which is awesome! and my mother is just plain awesome! well they made themselves even more awesome then they already are. they came up with the idea of taking us to the raceway in pittsburgh. where there are going to be dragsters, awesome cars, fire, and loud noises. everything a pyromaniac rock blasting car loving girl would love!
well we got there at about 4 o'clock even though the races startted at 9. we sat down and watched the people race for a few minutes then we took a walk around. they had all kinds of awesome cars and dragsters there and it was sweet! they also had a few special cars there. they had 2 jet cars, fuel alters, and a doube jet engine truck, and a racing car that was made to look like a bus.
though out of all of them my fave would be a dragster called "The Joker". it looked amazing! it had a picture of batmans joker on both side and playing cards around the name. the saftey straps were purple and the seat had 2 playing cards embroidered(sp?) on it! and it ran as good as it loked. it was one of the fastest dragster at the races that day. the jet cars were great loking too. one of them looked like an army jet with "Top Secret" painted on the side. it was sweet! as for the truck, it didn't loks all that great but when they fired it up it was the most amazing fire show ever! it had flames coming out every which way! we were around(i'm guessing) 400 feet from the truck and we could feel the heat from all the fire. it was crazy!
