Hi beautiful people of Convergence! I just wanted to remind you guys that Above Ground is sharing a table with Adopt-a-goth in the vendor bazaar. We received a ton of donations from all your wonderful people and have been handing out clothes, toys, accessories, etc all day. We have already handed out about half of what we received and still have over 14 boxes we will open tomorrow. All you need is a valid Mississippi or Louisiana ID.
For those of you who wish to help, we could definitely use volunteers. Just show up at the table at the bazaar and relieve whoever is helping out at the time. An hour, two hours - whatever you can give to the cause.

The purpose of Above Ground New Orleans is to provide a place where goths from all corners of the net can gather and donate to New Orleans goths who had their lives washed away by Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
The Above Ground New Orleans community is here to provide support for those who have survived Hurricane Katrina and are now looking for clothing, music, necessities - whatever they need to rebuild.
