Volunteers, again!
If you spoke up, I've sent you an email or a message on here (if you don't have an email listed on your profile). That SHOULD go to your registered email, but one person has already contacted me and said they didn't get it, so please ping me if this is the case.
I still need people. Here's a list of critical slots:
MOST IMPORTANT: Sunday 10-5 (1 or 2-hour increments) -- Colleen needs someone to help her out during vending.
VERY IMPORTANT: 2 people for vendor load-in (3-6) on Friday and 3-4 more for vendor breakdown (5-6) on Sunday.
Friday -- I still need a couple for check-in/swag, and 4 for breakdown / cleanup after the evening event.
Saturday -- I could use someone to help Colleen during the Bazaar. If you could do it Sayturday but not sunday, let me know, because I have myself scheduled for much of Saturday and would move to Sunday instead, if needed. I also could use a few more BBQ set-up people, a couple more BBQ cooks, and 3 or 4 more clean up people for after the BBQ.
Sunday -- I could use 3 more AV people at noon, and 4-6 for cleanup after the evening event.
