That SHOULD go to your registered email, but one person has already contacted me and said they didn't get it, so please ping me if this is the case.
I still need people. Here's a list of critical slots:
MOST IMPORTANT: Sunday 10-5 (1 or 2-hour increments) -- Colleen needs someone to help her out during vending.
VERY IMPORTANT: 2 people for vendor load-in (3-6) on Friday and 3-4 more for vendor breakdown (5-6) on Sunday.
Friday -- I still need a couple for check-in/swag, and 4 for breakdown / cleanup after the evening event.
Saturday -- I could use someone to help Colleen during the Bazaar. If you could do it Sayturday but not sunday, let me know, because I have myself scheduled for much of Saturday and would move to Sunday instead, if needed. I also could use a few more BBQ set-up people, a couple more BBQ cooks, and 3 or 4 more clean up people for after the BBQ.
Sunday -- I could use 3 more AV people at noon, and 4-6 for cleanup after the evening event.
