sup people

well im back from my  2 week trip to bali . how was it i instantly hear you ask? well ill tell you it was HELL! oh dont get me wrong bali does have some redeaming features lovey beach , fantastic cocktails , intresting temples, monkeys , however the present company i was traveling with where the biggest asses i have ever met for the first time really i saw their true colours . i think benjemen franklen said it best , "friends or guests are like fish after three days they begin to smell" , well if in 3 days they smell these fish after 2 weeks putrified with maggots . ian my friend i didnt  have too many hassels with but his girlfriend and her best friend? i dont want to be near them as far as i can throw them. also the stress of being in a foren place with locals constantly hasseling you , not being able to keep any food you eat down , filthy enviroment (it was monsoon season as well  so it made the stink evin worse) the awesome sunburn i got , incests and parasites in the toilet ,being taken advantage of money wise and  not being able to have my freedom and peace and missing out a week of uni became all to much but the most damaging thing of all was being forced to hide who you really are from  the 2 biggest bigots and homophobes in the world . It was the last straw and of coarse i couldent keep the charade up for long . oh how i copped it when i was found it was offensive and insulting and demoralizing to endure let me say i will never see these people ever again its a shame really cause it looks like my friend will no longer have any more close friends left as his girlfriend has driven them all away well i hope shes happy she can have him all to her precious little ol self i dont need this shit in my life im happy with who I am . i think the greatist relief was coming home to normality and my family and true friends  I appreciate the smallest of things now like paved footpaths and  clean tap water and food standards .

If someone asked me if i would ever go back to bali i think actually yes but only for a few days  5 or 6 is fine and with my family or significant other. and definalty on MY terms... actually no who the fuck am i kidding prehaps we have been looking at global warming the wrong way when the polar icecaps melt the sea level will rise and all the shitty little islands will be submerged at least then the streets of bali and the people will have a deasent wash.

So now im adjusting to my life again at university the pressures on to meet the mark i have a thesis and a little work to catch up on but im fine  im happy ,

their really is no place like home .
