Allentown and Philadelphia
Sorry for the late post. I made it to Philadelphia safe and sound on friday evening. From the airport desiree the kids and I went back to the house in Allentown. Desiree and I got ready and headed to Stonewall (which is a gay bar for those of you who dont know). They were having an auction and raffle for Leather Masters (which is the local gay leather shop). I ended up getting quite tipsy.
Saturday desiree and I went to Johns Dark Corner @ The Barbary in Philadelphia.I ended up running into Jessamyn. I havent seen her since she moved from Atlanta!! There were people there that were making sure that we were having a good time (which shocked the hell out of me because no one really does that to new comers in atlanta).
Sunday we ended up going to a gay bar about 10 minutes away called Diamonds. It was a cute little setup. I got hit on my numerous guys!!! LOL!! Someone asked me to take my shirt off and I told them that I would if they bought me a drink. Desiree and I ended up having a really good time there. There was one guy there who thought that I was a girl until he saw me taking a piss in the bathroom. LOL
On monday Desiree, James (desiree's fiance), Amaris, Nico and I went into Philly to do some sight seeing. I ended up seeing the first stock exchange in america,Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, US Customs. We ended up eating at the South Street Diner (which has good food by the way). We ended up walking up and down south street. I went to Zipperhead, digital_ferret (which used to be a metropolis store), Passional (which is a fetish store). There was also a store called Condom World and there were sperm painted on the sidewalk in front!! LOL!! After all that we went to the Philadelphia Art Museum where rocky ran up the stairs. Actually...At the top there is a pair of foot prints with the Rocky's name above them.
On wednesday we are going to go to Nocturne @ Shampoo in Philadelphia. It is the biggest goth night in Philly. I cant wait though. Desiree and I have been having such a good time and I am seriously thinking about moving up here because I like it so much. Well I am going to get back to relaxing and watching Goonies. I hope all is well with everyone?
