transplant update
Dad is doing extremely well. They've moved him back to the transplant unit and out of the surgical icu. He only has one tube left, which is his IV for some meds. We helped him stand up yesterday, the first time in 8 weeks! Hopefully he'll get his walker today so he can start working on that. We want to keep his rehab here where they will pay better attention, but we're not sure yet. Other than not knowing exactly what day it is, I'm doing fairly well. I'm catchin up on some sleep (10-12 hours a night) but doesn't seem to be enough. Am still crying at a drop of a hat, i've been that way all week, so hopefull that will get under control soon.
