Travels with the Laptop
Way back in the last decade when I was on the road about 80% of the time I had the idea of starting taking notes for a possible book on life as a business traveller: a mix of hints, tips, reviews, and tales from the road. I even made a couple of attempts at starting it, but it never seemed to go beyond a couple of entries.
When I was considering the new day job, and the fact that it will involve a degree of regular travel, the idea pushed its way to the front of my mind again. I have enough on my plate book-wise at the moment so dismissed that idea, but then thought it might work as a blog. At first I thought about setting up a new dedicated blog for it, but I don't need yet another website to take care of.
So why not use the blog I have.... This one.
In line with my "post more often and write about stuff" promise I will start posting my travel notes, thoughts and observations here. Let's see if I can keep it going ....
