Good Book Hunting
For my birthday last month my wonderful wife kindly presented me with a pair of very generously loaded gift cards for Half-Price Books, on the understanding that they were only to be used in the "Rare Books and Collectibles" department.
Last night I stopped off on the way home from the office and decided to exchange those pieces of plastic for a few items of print.

A mint condition 1st print edition of this rare 1978 hardback collecting the remarkable and ground breaking comics epic that first ran in Look & Learn magazine.
The First Saint Omnibus
A pristine unmarked copy of the first Saint Anthology. This particular example dates from 1939.

An unmarked, unread mint condition copy of an early 1950s Avon Pocket Paperback, version of this classic Simon Templar story.
