Freya must have been sad that she didn't get to go the vet AGAIN in August so she's made up for by getting some kind of ear infection and making it very alarming by developing this fat hematoma. It's so full I'm worried it will burst. So, vet today at 12:30pm. Took her to the ER last night because the appointment desk said there weren't any slots until FRIDAY (wtf? they always have room, it's a huge hospital) but then after the vet tech looked her over quickly last night she was like, if you don't want to wait around for hours to have it drained then you can just come back tomorrow, there are lots of appointments open.
